WEDDING CEREMONY OPTIONS:
Simple Wedding (Mon-Fri – 9am-4pm) – $140 Cash
After Hours Wedding(4:15 – 7pm) – $180 Cash
Weekend Daytime Wedding (9am – 4pm) – $200 Cash
Weekend Evening Wedding (4:30 – 7pm) – $250 Cash
Holiday Ceremony – $300 Cash (based on availability)
Holidays include: Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, 4th of July weekend and the 4th, Memorial Weekend, Thanksgiving Day and day after, Halloween evening, Labor Day weekend.
WEDDING ROOM VENUE:
Say I Do has room set aside in Kathy’s business office for simple services. This venue has an archway and twinkle lights for convenient, small ceremonies. There is no additional charge for this facility if you are booking a wedding. The room holds approximately 12 guests.
Kathy can travel to local parks, area venues and personal residences for an additional $25. If your wedding is outside of Clovis, given enough time to plan, she will travel outside of Clovis, but at an additional mileage charge.
All of our officiants are available to perform weddings in Texas.
Jaymi and Erin can travel to local parks and area venues for after hour ceremonies only.
WITNESSES & MARRIAGE LICENSE:
All couples are required to get a marriage license at the county clerk’s office. The license is $25.
The State of New Mexico requires that 2 witnesses (not including the officiant) be present to sign the documents. We ask that the witnesses be at least 14 years old. You may get your marriage license and be married on the same day.
If you do not have anyone available to witness, we can be provide them for $25 each.
If you are being married in Texas, no witnesses are required.
BACKYARD VENUE
If you do not have facility for your event, Kathy offers her backyard as an option for $200. (Sorry, currently under construction for new amenities)
Total event time is a maximum of one hour. If you need the facility for longer, additional fees will apply.
This back yard venue will hold many, however seating is not provided. You are welcome to bring in chairs if you’d like.
